StreamThru is a mobile travel assistant, which sends personalised, up-to-date information to a traveller's phone while they are on their trip. Along with a refresh of the StreamThru brand, Dean Vipond devised a visual theme, reminiscent of the 'glory days' of air travel, to convey how the service alleviates much of the stress of travelling in the present day.
Clearly defined user journeys were established, from package selection and online registration, through to the customer's itinerary, through which the service 'learns' about the customer's trip, and supplies information at the appropriate time.
A consistent approach was also taken with the mobile experience, to ensure the StreamThru brand was appropriately represented on all touchpoints.
