Payforit is an instant payment scheme for mobile and web purchases. It was necessary to provide guidance on the correct implementation of payment processes, as well as promoting the Payforit brand.

It was crucial that the brand was given credibility by its association with mobile network operators. Trust is then engendered with the customer, who may have been otherwise suspicious when card details were requested.

A strict guideline document was produced, to ensure the mobile user experience was not compromised, thus establishing brand trust.
